On wednesday nights at our Church, our youth group gets togather and one of our youth leaders will give us a challenge from God's word. Well, last night, Mr. Mauger was doing a lesson on Love. Before he really started his lesson, he asked some questions to try to get us to get the topic of that nights lesson. If you answered a question correctly, he would throw you a smartie and you would catch it. (unless, of course, a boy was sitting in front of you and stole it in mid air!  but he gave it back so it was ok.) Anyways, after a few questions of looking up Bible verses and such, Mr. Mauger asked something that I thought was totally random (but then it clicked about how well it fit in.) He asked who could stand up and sing the whole barney song! Without even thinking I raised my hand- but then it hit me that if I raised my hand, I would probably end up singing in front of the whole entire youth group. But, it just so happened that I was suddenly the only one with my hand raised and before I could lower it, I was called on.

Mr Mauger- Ok, elizabeth, do it.

Me- Me?

Mr Mauger- yeah you. stand up and sing the barney song.

I kind of nervously stand up and started singing. I could feel my whole face going red; my ears started to get hot. But about half way through the song I was better. And I got my smarties! So hey, a little embarassment was worth it right? Or was it? in your oppinion, which would be more important: Getting Candy or Being Embarassed? Lets hear what you think below!
